Support

Circular Chef is in an invite-only beta, so the fastest route is email.

Email support@circularchef.com and you'll get a reply from a person. If you're reporting something that looks wrong, saying which zip code and which store you had selected makes it much quicker to track down.

My area isn't covered

Circular Chef currently covers selected Massachusetts zip codes across Shaw's, Stop & Shop, Market Basket, Star Market, and Big Y. If you're already in the app, there's a "Request a zip code or store" button in the top bar — that goes straight into the list we work from. Otherwise, email us.

A price or sale date looks wrong

Prices come from the supermarket's own published circular, read once per week. Two things can make one look off: a store ran a shorter promotion inside a longer ad, or the circular changed after we read it. The date range shown on a deal is the one we have for that specific item at that specific store. If it contradicts what's on the shelf, tell us the item and the store — the shelf wins, and we want to know.

A recipe is bad

Recipes are generated, and some of them miss. Use the thumbs-down to hide one, or the report button if it's genuinely poor rather than merely not to your taste. Those two signals are kept separate, and the reported ones get reviewed and removed.
